OUR PURPOSE

Impact School of Leadership exists to empower a new generation of leaders to pursue their calling in Christ. This is a place where talented young people will experience Christian community and receive hands-on leadership training, focused personal mentoring and relevant academic preparation for ministry life.

OUR HISTORY

Impact School of Leadership was founded at City on a Hill in 2011 under the direction of Steve Tripp. His vision to equip the next generation of ministry leaders led him to empower Jason and Jessica Maupin as Directors to launch and lead our school. Jason and Jessica invested their lives into our students from 2011-2015 and helped Impact become what it is today. Jason currently leads Elevate Industries, a non-profit organization committed to equipping students to make healthy decisions.

Dr. Rick Painter has served as our school’s first Academic Dean with excellence since 2011. He continues to invest his best into our students today. His extensive education and passion for students underscores his commitment to equipping future ministry leaders.

Since our inception, we have partnered with Global University. Our on-site professors teach the classes offered by Global, giving our students the personal instruction and educational support they deserve. Impact has become a model of ministry education that Global is working to reproduce in other locations around the nation.

In 2015 Poplar Creek Church  opened their facilities to our school. All our classes and chapels are now hosted in their modern classrooms and worship environments.

Our leadership team is committed to helping the next generation of ministry leaders reach their full potential. Together, we are making history with a Kingdom-centered purpose.
